We've had guests ask us to confirm messages that didn't come from our real accounts. To keep your booking safe, please only treat a message as genuinely from us if it comes through one of the official channels listed below.

We will never ask you to pay a reseller, an unlisted number, or an account without our name and photo attached. If anything you receive looks off — a different number, a strange payment request, or pressure to pay immediately — stop and message us directly on WhatsApp to check before you send any money.
